Table Runner Patterns "Noah's Ark". I created this Noah’s Ark Table Runner Pattern to display in my grandkid’s bedroom. Noah’s Ark is a classic story from the Bible about a prophet who went through a bit of a rough season--there are dozens of books written about how the rains came and flooded the earth and Noah and his family and a million animals all lived together in an ark. Sounds like it could get a bit crowded in that ark-- and I don’t think I would care for the smells, but Noah was commanded by God to build the ark and so he obeyed! Good thing too. When the last of the animals were all settled and everyone was all nice and cozy in the ark, it began to rain and it rained and rained. The whole earth was flooded with water.
Some stories depict Noah in a whimsical light where others are more serious. It is fun to see the different ways that Noah and his Ark and animals are portrayed. I have chosen to create a table runner pattern to be used in a child’s room. Not only can you display it on a table, but also looks great as a wall hanging. Kids love Noah’s ark and it never grows old.
The pattern and instructions on how to make this Table Runner can be downloaded HERE at Parties and Patterns.
